Dating back to 1840, our guest rooms are housed in beautifully restored former stables, set within a one-acre estate in the heart of the countryside. Once home to the estate's riding horses and horse-drawn carriages, these historic buildings have been carefully transformed into an elegant retreat. Meticulously renovated, they have retained all the charm and character of their heritage while offering the modern comforts expected by today's travellers. Their authentic atmosphere, peaceful green surroundings and rich history create a truly unique destination, where heritage, tranquillity and well-being come together.

Our table d'hôtes invites you to discover the authentic flavours of Burgundy's Bresse region and the Jura. We favour seasonal ingredients, locally sourced produce and generous home-cooked cuisine, lovingly prepared on site. Inspired by the seasons, our menu features regional specialities alongside traditional recipes that celebrate the richness of our local heritage: renowned Bresse poultry, Jura cheeses, seasonal vegetables, fine wines from Burgundy and the Jura, and, of course, a selection of homemade desserts. Served in an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere, dinner is a wonderful opportunity to meet your hosts and fellow guests, share stories and enjoy genuine French hospitality. Whether you are staying for one night or several, our table d'hôtes offers an authentic culinary experience where local gastronomy and the art of welcoming come together. As every meal is prepared exclusively with fresh ingredients, dinner is available **by reservation only**.

Transfer Service

For your convenience, we can arrange transfers to and from the railway stations of Chalon-sur-Saône, Lons-le-Saunier and Dole, as well as Dole–Jura Airport (Dole–Tavaux) and Lyon–Saint Exupéry Airport. Please refer to your room page for the applicable transfer rates.
